Au village de banh chung à Hanoï
À l’approche grandissante du Têt (fête traditionnelle des Vietnamiens), l’ambiance effervescente est de plus en plus palpable dans le village de Tranh Khuc (commune de Duyên Hà, district de Thanh Tri, à Hanoi) réputé depuis des siècles, pour ses délicieux gâteaux de riz gluant (banh chung). Un artisanat pratiqué depuis des générations qui a contribué au développement économique du village.
