Na Su hamlet of white Thai ethnic group in Nam Po bordering district, the northwestern province of Dien Bien, has been officially opened for tourists, promising to become an attractive stop-over for tour-makers on their journey to discover the westernmost region. Covering over 2,400ha, Na Su hamlet, one of nine hamlets in Cha Nua commune, is home to nearly 140 households with Thai ethic people accounting 98% of its population. As the first community-based tourist site in Cha Nua commune, the hamlet offers visitors a pristine beauty of natural landscapes and experiences of the real daily life of white Thai ethnic people.
