President pays tribute to Dien Bien Phu soldiers

President Nguyen Xuan Phuc paid tribute to fallen soldiers resting at the A1 National Cemetery in the northern border province of Dien Bien during his working trip to the province on May 17-18. On the occasion, the President attended an inauguration ceremony for a memorial site for Dien Bien Phu Battle’s martyrs and presented nearly 160 gift packages to war veterans in the province.
