The 15th National Assembly approved the Law on amendments and supplements to several laws, with 444 out of 446 votes in favour, or 92.69 per cent of the total NA deputies, during its ongoing 8th session in Hà Nội on Friday.

The activity took place from November 26-28 in the waters near the delimitation line of the Gulf of Tonkin.

During the discussions, President Stubb and Deputy PM Purra praised Việt Nam’s socio-economic achievements. They confirmed that Việt Nam is Finland’s key partner in Southeast Asia.

At the meeting, the two sides noted that the cooperative relationship has made positive strides, especially in economy, trade, and investment, with more Vietnamese businesses showing interest and making investment in the Egyptian market.

The National Assembly (NA) on Friday approved the Geology and Mineral Law with an overwhelming majority of 446 out of 448 deputies voting in favour, representing 93.11 per cent of its members.

Y Thị Bích Thọ, Chairmwoman of the Kon Tum VFF Committee,  said that the document's contents have been implemented effectively by both sides, especially the promoting of the historical tradition of solidarity and close bond between the people of Việt Nam and Cambodia.

High-level exchanges between the two countries have remained frequent in various forms, playing a vital role in guiding the relationship between the two countries.
