Việt Nam and Bulgaria established diplomatic relations on February 8, 1950, with Bulgaria being one of the first countries to recognise and establish diplomatic ties with Việt Nam.

At the award ceremony, twelve A prizes were presented. The National Assembly is scheduled to listen to the proposals and verification reports on the draft revised Bankruptcy Law and the draft revised Deposit Insurance Law, and discuss these two bills on October 23, as part of its ongoing 10^th session.
