President Lương Cường affirmed that Việt Nam always attaches importance to strengthening friendship and cooperation with Türkiye, one of its leading partners in the Middle East.

President Cường emphasised Việt Nam’s steadfast and consistent foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralisation and diversification of external relations, being an active and responsible member of the international community, and being committed to multilateralism and an international order based on international law.

President Cường affirmed that Việt Nam always treasures and wishes to strengthen multifaceted cooperation with Iraq, particularly in the areas of economy, trade, culture, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges.

President Lương Cường appreciated the efforts by those in the US in general and in New York in particular to stabilise their lives, integrate well into the host society, preserve the national identity and culture, and maintain their bond with the homeland.

President Lương Cường affirmed that Việt Nam welcomes US businesses increase cooperation and investment in such strategic fields as the semiconductor industry and the training of high-quality human resources. He called on the US Government to soon recognise Việt Nam as a market economy and remove the country from the strategic export control list.

Vietnamese Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Lê Hoài Trung met the Republic of Korea (RoK)’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Cho Hyun on September 23 on the sidelines of the High-Level General Debate of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 80) in New York.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has ordered all ministries, agencies and localities to complete their own data systems in 2025, ensuring they are accurate, comprehensive, clean, live, seamless and connected from the central to local levels.
