Vietnam Summer Camp 2025 officially kicked off on July 14 in Ho Chi Minh City, marking the first day of a two-week journey across multiple provinces, aimed at connecting young overseas Vietnamese with their homeland through cultural, historical, and community activities. This year’s camp, themed “Together, We Write the Next Chapter of Peace”, brings together over 100 young Vietnamese expatriates from 31 countries and territories. On the opening day, participants visited key historical landmarks, including offering incense at the Ho Chi Minh Statue, Nha Rong Wharf, where President Ho Chi Minh departed in 1911 on his quest for national salvation, and the Thong Nhat Hall.
