Vietnam wins big at 4th International Olympiad of Metropolises

Vietnamese students participating for the first time in the 4th International Olympiad of Metropolises held in Moscow, Russia from August 29 to September 6 brought home three gold, three silver and two bronze medals. With the result, the Vietnamese delegation finished in second place at the competition. They also earned a silver cup in the blitz-contest, an independent competition that requires each team to solve 80 tasks in two hours. The Olympiad of Metropolises is an annual international team competition held in Moscow for 14-18 year-old students, who live in major metropolises of the world. VNA Photo
