The Ministries of National Defence of Vietnam and Cambodia have agreed to consolidate and deepen their traditional solidarity and close-knit relations, while enhancing information exchange and effectively advising senior leaders on military and defence affairs. The consensus was reached during talks between Vietnamese Minister of National Defence General Phan Van Giang and Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence General Tea Seiha on November 13.
