Vietnam attracted 29.11 billion USD in foreign direct investment (FDI) in the first ten months of 2019, up 4.3 percent over the same period last year, according to the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Of the figure, 12.83 billion USD was poured into nearly 3,094 new projects, up 25.9 percent in the number of projects year on year. VNA Photo: Danh Lam
