United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres and President Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended a ceremony to mark Vietnam's 45-year UN membership held in Hanoi on October 21. The ceremony also saw the participation of representatives of Vietnam's Party, State and Government and foreign diplomatic agencies and organisations in the country. Earlier, on the afternoon, UN leader paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum and visited the President Ho Chi Minh relic site at the Presidential Palace. VNA Photo
