Two craft villages of Hanoi gain world appreciation

Two craft villages of Hanoi, namely Bat Trang pottery village in Gia Lam district and Van Phục silk weaving village in Ha Dong district, have recently become the first ones in Vietnam recognised as members of the World Crafts Network. The world appreciation offered opportunities for the craft villages to preserve their traditional values, promote their trademarks and foster sustainable development. VNA Photo
