Top Vietnamese leader awarded with Russia's Leo Tolstoy International Peace Prize.

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam, was presented with Russia's Leo Tolstoy International Peace Prize in recognition of his outstanding contributions to strengthening international peace and cooperation among nations. The award ceremony was held in Moscow on September 9 on the occasion of his State visit to Russia from September 7. Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chairman of the Russian State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin along with many other senior leaders from both countries attended the ceremony. VNA Photo: Thống Nhất
