After six days of competition, Vietnam’s athletic team netted 22 gold medals out of the 47 sets of athletic medals at the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31), retaining the country’s top position in the sport. On May 19, the last day of athletic competition at SEA Games 31, Vietnamese athletes won 3 more gold medals.
