The finswimming event of the ongoing SEA Games 31 took place at the Hanoi-based My Dinh Water Sports Palace on May 21. On the first day of finswimming, Vietnam competed in 7 events and won 5 gold medals in the men’s and women’s 100m surface, women’s 100m bi-fins, men’s 1,500 surface and men’s 4x200m, at the same time breaking several SEA Games records.
