The 2023 Ninh Binh tourism week is expected to draw a large number of domestic and foreign visitors to the northern province of Ninh Binh over eight days, starting from May 27. Ly Ngu Vong Nguyet (Carps look at the moon) rice painting is a new feature in the 2023 version. It is a 9,500 sq.m painting using rice as material on vast fields of Tam Coc stretching along the meandering Ngo Dong river. It symbolises abundance and the bountiful water element that supports the sustainable development of green tourism in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, a land of cultural heritage for thousands of years.
