Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam left Hanoi on October 23 morning for the expanded BRICS Summit in Kazan city of Russia, at the invitation of President Vladimir Putin, Chair of BRICS 2024. Accompanying the PM are Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, and other senior officials from key ministries and agencies, along with Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Dang Minh Khoi.
