Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to creating favourable conditions, accompanying stakeholders, and removing bottlenecks in institutions, infrastructure and human resources so that science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and administrative reforms truly become new growth engines.
