Northern province pays attention to preserving ethnic minorities’ culture

The northern mountainous province of Lai Chau is home to 20 ethnic groups, with more than 84% population being ethnic minorities. Of them, 4 groups have population of less than 10,000 people, namely Cong, Mang, La Hu and Si La. Each ethnic group has its own unique culture manifested through costumes, arts, music, architectural space, cuisine and traditional crafts, adding up to the province’s diverse cultural treasure.
