Nhan Dan Newspaper, in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security, launched a national walking programme on the morning of August 16, with the participation of people and armed forces across 34 provinces and cities, covering 3,321 communes, wards, and special zones nationwide. The event was part of activities marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2, 1945–2025), and the traditional day of the People’s Public Security Force (August 19, 1945–2025).
