The National Assembly Standing Committee wrapped up its 43rd session in Hanoi on March 14 after two and a half days of discussions, successfully completing its full 12-item agenda. In his closing remarks, NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man announced that the committee reached broad consensus on seven draft laws, paving the way for the NA’s ninth session in early May. Another session is scheduled for late March to finalise preparations for the ninth session, discuss the draft Law on Management and Use of State Capital Invested in Production and Business at Enterprises, and address any additional issues if necessary.
