National Assembly (NA) Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue led a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to Burgas city, Bulgaria on September 26 (local time). Right after his arrival in the city, the Vietnamese legislator had a meeting with Dimitar Nikolov, Mayor of Burgas.
