The Mekong Delta province of Long An and China’s Qinghai will bolster collaboration across various domains, including construction, human resources training, trade, tourism, agriculture, education, culture, and environmental protection under a freshly-inked Letter of Intent (LoI) on establishing friendship ties between the two localities. The document was signed during a working session between Vice Chairman of the Long An province People’s Committee Nguyen Minh Lam and Deputy Governor of Qinghai Liu Tao on May 20.
