International photographers join Photographic Society of America gathering in Ninh Binh

The Photographic Society of America (PSA) Photo Gathering 2026 and the PSA-PG 2026 International Photo Exhibition officially opened at the Thung Nham ecotourism zone in Vietnam's northern province of Ninh Binh on April 24. The opening ceremony was attended by leaders of Ninh Binh province, representatives the PSA, the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP), the Global Photographic Union, the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, along with 180 photographers from 25 countries.
