Hairdressing salons in Hanoi attracted many customers on their reopening day on June 22 after being closed for nearly one month to prevent the COVID-19 outbreak. With the COVID-19 situation under control in the capital city, municipal authorities have allowed indoor dining and drinking venues along with hair salons to resume operations at 50 percent of capacity as from 0:00 on June 22.
