Ghositaram pagoda in Cu Lao hamlet, Hung Hoi commune (Ca Mau) is like a museum of fine arts showcasing the talent of Khmer artists. The pagoda is also one of the extremely unique cultural destinations in Ca Mau. The pagoda has a main color tone of red, pink, and yellow in harmony with the architectural style of the pointed tower. The patterns and reliefs decorated on the windows and porches have a strong Angkorian style, combined with gentle and delicate lotus petal motifs, and asterisk images with balanced, sharp and strong lines. These are great highlights for the architecture, demonstrating the longevity of Khmer culture. VNA Photo: Chanh Đa
