Redtail botia (known locally as ca heo) is a specialty fish in the Mekong Delta province of Dong Thap, which is the main ingredient in stew dishes, sour soup dishes and chilli and salt grilled fishes. Each kilogram of the specialty fish is sold at 400,000VND (16.2USD) in wet markets, and nearly doubled that price at 700,000 - 800,000VND (28 - 32USD) in restaurants. VNA Photo: Nguyễn Văn Trí
