Prime Minister of Belgium Alexander De Croo hosted an official welcome ceremony for visiting Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation in Brussels on December 13 afternoon (local time). After the ceremony, the two leaders held talks.
