The yellow flower tea is a famous medicinal product of Ba Che district. It is made from flowers of golden Camellia plants grown in Don Dac commune in this mountainous district. The yellow flower has velvety wings, golden flowers, a faint fragrance, also known as Golden Flower Tea or Kim Hoa Camellia, is a 5-star OCOP product of Quang Ninh province. Yellow flower tea usually blooms in November, December and lasts until February of the lunar calendar every year. Dried yellow flower tea has a market price of 12 - 15 million VND per kilogram (492 - 615 USD), becoming a pioneering product for economic growth in the mountainous district of Ba Che.
