An art programme took place in Ha Long city, the northern province of Quang Ninh, on December 7, to welcome the Vietnam 2024 Asian Open Police Taekwondo Championships. The tournament, which kicked off on December 6, sees the participation of over 2,500 individuals, including officials, coaches, and athletes, from 29 countries and territories. Seventy athletes of the Vietnamese public security delegation are competing in this tournament. With the slogan “The Power of Police! Taekwondo Police - global citizen protectors”, the tournament, which lasts until December 9, features two competitions - one for policemen from Asian countries and territories, while the other for children, teenagers, young people, and the elderly.
