Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc on November 23 signed a decision approving an emergency aid allocation of 1.1 trillion VND (41.74 million USD) from the central budget’s 2025 contingency fund to four provinces – Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Gia Lai and Dak Lak – to address severe damage caused by recent floods. Under the decision, Khanh Hoa will receive 150 billion VND, Lam Dong 300 billion VND, Gia Lai 150 billion VND, and Dak Lak 500 billion VND, in line with the proposal submitted by the Ministry of Finance.
