    Quảng Ninh will upgrade Cẩm Phả stadium to 20,000 seats

    Quảng Ninh’s People's Committee has approved the spending of VNĐ180 billion (US$7,857 million) on upgrading the grand stand and re-decorating function rooms of Cẩm Phả stadium in order to host big international football events, said Đỗ Khánh Tùng, deputy director of the provincial culture and sports department on May 22.
