PM Phạm Minh Chính called on Kuwait to support the early launch of negotiations on a Việt Nam – Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) free trade agreement and the initiation of talks on a comprehensive economic partnership agreement (CEPA) between Việt Nam and Kuwait.

During his tour of the refinery, PM Phạm Minh Chính called on the Kuwait National Petroleum Company to share its experience, technology, management expertise, and investment cooperation in Việt Nam’s oil and gas sector, including refining, storage and distribution.
