参加新一代自由贸易协定（FTA）为越南促进经济增长、丰富进出口市场和吸引外国投资开辟了许多机会。自贸协定实施结果表明，越南在开拓FTA市场方面拥有很大空间。但是，部分地方在实施自贸协定时仍面临不少困难，对实施自贸协定的关注度不够且不一致，未能为企业创造突破。
