Meanwhile, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính cabled a congratulatory message to Maria Benvinda Delfina Levi on her appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Mozambique.

 At their recent meeting, the two officials discussed the Việt Nam – Hungary relations and measures to enhance the ties in the coming time. They also agreed to coordinate with each other in carrying out activities to celebrate the 75th founding anniversary of diplomatic relations this year (February 3, 1950 - 2025).

A key outcome is that all the three European countries expressed a desire and agreed to upgrade and enhance their relations with Việt Nam. Specifically, Việt Nam and Poland aim to elevate their relationship to a Strategic Partnership; Việt Nam and the Czech Republic upgraded their ties to a Strategic Partnership; while Việt Nam and Switzerland elevated their relationship to a Comprehensive Partnership.

Beglov showed his belief that cooperation between Russia and Việt Nam holds promising prospects; ambitious projects; and potential for further expansion in cultural, humanitarian, and youth exchanges.

The Vietnamese Embassy in Laos will continue to serve as a bridge to bolster increasingly fruitful cooperative relations between the two sides, contributing to the effective implementation of high-level agreements between the two Parties and countries, as well as bilateral co-operation programmes and plans.

The Politburo is now submitting a comprehensive report on Resolution 18, proposing reforms to streamline the political system, such as reducing intermediaries in the Party, National Assembly, and Government systems, and potentially discontinuing district- and municipal-level police agencies within the Public Security apparatus.

Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính emphasised that ASEAN needs to enter the intelligent age with an ambitious mindset, ready to "think deep and do big," using science and technology, innovation and digital transformation as new driving forces to create breakthroughs for regional growth.

Việt Nam is ready to exert all efforts to bring peace and stability to Southeast Asia and Myanmar in particular, the Government leader noted.

Việt Nam hopes to work with the RoK to further develop their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, take practical actions to address the consequences of war, and strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the two nations and their people

The Vietnamese leader praised the strong partnership between Việt Nam and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), urging the organisation to support Việt Nam in preparing and publishing key economic reports for long-term policy formulation.

The two leaders expressed satisfaction with the positive development of the Việt Nam-Netherlands comprehensive partnership, particularly in climate change response and sustainable agriculture.

The Vietnamese government leader proposed that both sides continue to strengthen the legal framework for bilateral cooperation and explore new potential areas for collaboration.

Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính expressed satisfaction over the positive developments in the Việt Nam–WEF relationship, particularly the inauguration of the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) in HCM City, saying this marks an important milestone in the bilateral partnership.

To complete all missions in the new context, the State leader asked the force to continue strictly implementing the principle of the Party's absolute leadership over the armed forces.
