Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on February 27 signed Decision No. 444, setting targets for the completion of social housing by 2025 and the following years up to 2030. These targets will be incorporated into local socio-economic development plans.

The event reflects the strong trust and support of both countries’ leadership for their young officers, providing them with opportunities to interact, exchange experiences, and strengthen historical ties between the two forces.
