With a view to increasing the readiness and digital transformation capacity of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung on March 16 signed Decision 433/QD-TTg, approving the Scheme on digital transformation for SMEs for the 2026-30 period.

Following the talks, Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his Russian counterpart Mikhail Mishustin witnessed the signing of the agreement between the two governments on cooperation in building a nuclear power plant on the territory of Vietnam.

Directed by the Central Military Commission - the Ministry of National Defence, and the Military University of Culture and Arts, the event was meant to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party and the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
