Cuba’s Prensa Latina and the Vietnam News Agency boast significant untapped potential to expand cooperation in technology development and professional capacity enhancement, especially in content production and fake news combat, the newly elected President of Prensa Latina, Jorge Leganoa Alonso, has said.
