Trois navires japonais accostent au port de Cam Ranh
Avec l'autorisation du Premier ministre, trois navires de la Force japonaise d'autodéfense maritime dont un destroyer porte-hélicoptères Kaga, un destroyer lance-missiles Ikazuchi et un sous-marin Shoryu, avec à son bord 635 officiels et marins ont jeté l'ancre le 10 octobre au port international de Cam Ranh, province de Khanh Hoà (Centre).
