Le vice-ministre des Affaires étrangères participe à la 7ème Conférence de l'Océan Indien
Le vice-ministre permanent des Affaires étrangères, Nguyen Minh Vu, a souligné la nécessité de construire une vision commune en faveur de la stabilité, de la durabilité et de la connectivité entre les mers et les océans, notamment l'océan Indien, l'océan Pacifique et la mer Orientale, tout en s'adressant à la récente septième Conférence de l'océan Indien (COI) à Perth, en Australie.
