Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc has asked the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (VGCL) to push forward the building of trade union institutions, especially those regarding housing for workers. 

Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc yesterday appointed Major General Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng, member of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV)’s Central Committee and Chairman and General Director of the military-run Viettel Group as the acting Minister of Information and Communications.
