Exigen garantizar flexibilidad en planificación de tierra en Vietnam
El primer ministro de Vietnam, Pham Minh Chinh, exigió adoptar una visión a largo plazo y pasos cruciales, pero al mismo tiempo flexibles e integrales en la planificación de uso de tierra y garantizar la armonía entre los intereses del Estado, pobladores y empresas a la hora de retirar el terreno, aplicar las recompensas y favorecer el restablecimiento de las personas.
