Regional minimum wage up 7.2% from 2026

From January 1, 2026, the minimum wage for employees working under labour contracts will rise by 250,000–350,000 VND (9.8-13.7 USD) per month, an average increase of 7.2%, under Government Decree No. 293/2025/ND-CP.
