Hà Nội Open features huge number of golfers in April

Around 800 athletes will take part in the Hà Nội Open Championship Herbalife Cup 2024 golf tournament on April 22-24 at the Long Biên Golf Course.

HÀ NỘI — Around 800 athletes will take part in the Hà Nội Open Championship Herbalife Cup 2024 golf tournament on April 22-24 at the Long Biên Golf Course.

Among the participants, 80 professional golfers will vie for a bonus of VNĐ500 million and points for their Việt Nam Golf Association Tour ranking while amateurs will compete for championship trophies of different categories for men and women.

Previously, the tournament was known as an event to celebrate the 1,000th anniversary of Thăng Long-Hà Nội, and it made a Vietnamese record with the participation of more than 1,000 athletes in the 2021 edition. Now, the Hà Nội Open is one of largest events of the year in the capital city. VNS
