- Vietnam always considers Mongolia an important partner in the region, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh told Mongolian Minister of Defence Saikhanbayar  Gursed on December 6.

– Vietnam and New Zealand have agreed to promote the role of their Joint Trade and Economic Commission to raise bilateral trade to 2 billion USD by 2024, making it on par with their strategic partnership.

– Vietnamese Minister of Public Security General To Lam has called on the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC) and the US business community to continue to act as a bridge between the two governments, and between enterprises of the two countries, thus helping the two sides study each other's wishes and needs to boost economic-trade and national defence-security cooperation.
