Available on April 28, 2022, Official Gazette issues Nos. 09-12/2022, introduce six legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 142/2021/ND-CP of December 31, 2021, providing the expulsion sanction, measure of holding persons in custody, escort of violators according to administrative procedures and management of foreigners who violate Vietnam’s law pending the completion of expulsion procedures;
- Decree No. 02/2022/ND-CP of January 6, 2022, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Real Estate Business
- Decree No. 06/2022/ND-CP of January 7, 2022, providing the mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions and protection of the ozone layer;
- Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP of January 10, 2022, on major tasks and solutions to improve the business environment and heighten the national competitiveness in 2022;
- Circular No. 28/2021/TT-NHNN of December 31, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam’s Circular No. 40/2011/TT-NHNN of December 15, 2011, providing the licensing, organization and operation of commercial banks, foreign bank branches, representative offices of foreign credit institutions, and other foreign institutions engaged in banking activities in Vietnam; and,
- Decree No. 10/2022/ND-CP of January 15, 2022, on registration fee.- (VLLF)
