Published on April 8, 2022, Official Gazette issues Nos. 141-144/2021, introduce seven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 112/2021/ND-CP of December 10, 2021, detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementing, the Law on Vietnamese Guest Workers;
- Circular No. 05/2021/TT-BTP of June 24, 2021, guiding a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Law on Lawyers, and the Decree detailing a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Law on Lawyers;
- Circular No. 21/2021/TT-BCT of December 10, 2021, prescribing border gates of import of under-16 seat passenger cars;
- Resolution No. 10/2021/UBTVQH15 of December 8, 2021, on prolongation of the period of goods retention at duty-free shops, warehouses of enterprises selling duty-free goods and bonded warehouses to meet requirements of COVID-19 prevention and control;
- Decree No. 113/2021/ND-CP of December 14, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 120/2017/ND-CP of November 6, 2017, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Enforcement of Custody and Temporary Detention;
- Circular No. 22/2021/TT-BTTTT of December 13, 2021, detailing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 91/2020/ND-CP of August 14, 2020, on fighting spam text messages, spam emails and spam calls; and,
- Decision No. 2109/QD-TTg of December 15, 2021, approving the Scheme on orientations for attraction, management and use of official development assistance and concessional loans of foreign donors for the 2021-2025 period.- (VLLF)
