Issued on November 30, 2021, Official Gazette issues Nos. 93-96/2021, introduce five legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 58/2021/TT-BTC of July 12, 2021, guiding a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 58/2020/ND-CP of December 31, 2020, on derivatives and the derivatives market;
- Circular No. 14/2021/TT-NHNN of September 7, 2021, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the State Bank Governor’s Circular No. 01/2020/TT-NHNN of March 13, 2020, on credit institutions and foreign bank branches carrying out debt rescheduling, giving exemption from or reduction of loan interests and charges, and maintaining classified loan groups in order to help their clients that are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic;
- Resolution No. 99/2021/NQ-CP of August 30, 2021, promulgating the Program of Action of the Government of the 2021-2026 tenure for implementation of the National Assembly’s Resolution on the 2021-2025 five-year socio-economic development plan;
