Reference exchange rate up 4 VND
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,174 VND/USD on October 12, up 4 VND from the previous day.

The opening-hour rate at commercial banks stayed stable.
At 8:15 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,630 VND/USD (buying) and the selling rate 22,860 VND/USD (selling), unchanged from October 11.
BIDV also kept both rates unchanged from October 11, listing at 22,660 VND/USD (buying) and 22,860 VND/USD (selling)./.
