Vietnam treasures the traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation with Belarus, stated National Assembly (NA) Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan when receiving Chairman of the Council of the Republic of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich in Hanoi on September 25.
